Dear, Sir/Madam,
PARA 1 state reason for writing and present the problem
PARA 2-4 present suggestions and examples/expected results
PARA 5 summarise your suggestions and state your opinion
Yours faithfully,
(your full name)

Dear, Sir/Madam,
I am writing in response to an article I read in your newspaper about the lack of
sporting facilities in our community. It appears from your article that something
should be done about the development of our surroundings.
I feel that we need more open-air finesses which are free, convenient and
available every day and anytime. The funds for these facilities can come from the
local municipality or from donations. With this possible solution, we can
encourage young people and adolescents to be active, more energetic and
motivated.
Another way to solve the problem is to build new and modern stadiums. Their
construction can be assisted with the EU’s youth development programs which
are annual. As a result, more and more people can train a wide variety of
individual and team sports.
I believe that these suggestions are one small step, but with important meaning
for our future generations. By doing these simple solutions we can increase the
activity levels of society and even we have the opportunity to train the new
Olympic medalists.
Yours faithfully,
Elena Borisova
