This century is popular with its inventions in a lot of different aspects such as
medicine, socialization, payment methods, cryptocurrency, etc. The technology is
applicable to every of these guidelines. Without a doubt 21st century technologies
have their benefits, but for some people they are a controversial topic.
There are many advantages of technology usage. Firstly, automation in medicine
is of great importance. Today, technology is playing an indispensable role in
helping humanity search for a vaccine for the new virus pandemic, and to ensure
that it can be mass-produced as quickly as possible once discovered. Secondly,
modern mechanization expands mobility options. The advancement in personal
and commercial vehicles, such as cars and trains, have also made mobility easier
and faster.
However, modern technology has its disadvantages. One of the most important
drawbacks is environmental damage. For example, by producing different parts
for the new technologies, we increase the levels of carbon dioxide and in this
way, we are destroying the ozone layer. Another argument against modern
inventions is their distraction function. New technologies are fun and interactive
for many students and a minute of distraction can easily turn into hours which is
disastrous for their time at school and at home.
To sum up, 21st century technology is just gravy. We should use them smartly and
with attention, because in this way we direct them in the right and harmless way.
