influencing people to perform assigned tasks willingly ,efficiently and competently as defined
earlier Armstrong.(2012) leadership of the managers simply cannot be effective .Leadership of
the managers transforms potentials into reality ,when good leadership is in place in the
organization ,it can be felt throughout the entire organization with good leadership organizational
culture is not forced but developed also having communication is effective and open everyone
will understand the vision and goals of the organization and everyone has input into how they
can be improved .people feel that they are an important part of the organization and they give

leadership performances in organization .

work above and beyond expectations to achieve great results ,celebration and recognition are
how you encourage continued commitment to the organization visions ,mission and

change in order for the organization to be able to sustain and adopt to the business environment

Also example of transformational leadership is to most influencing factor which enhances the
employees ability to deal with all kind of circumstances as such leaders provide supportive
circumstances to employees so that they can maintain the optimum level of mental health
through inspirational motivation and also enhances their confidence level to the good
performances in an organization
