    March'23 Monthly Incentive for TSI

    PART A : March Re-phased Budget Achievement Reward


    March Sales Target Reward
    30% Growth over LY March or, 110% March Budget (whichever is higher) Rs.15000
    25% Growth over LY March or, 100% March Budget (whichever is higher) Rs.12500
    20% Growth over LY March or, 97% March Budget (whichever is higher) Rs.7500
    15% Growth over LY March or, 93% March Budget (whichever is higher) Rs.5000
    PART B : Collection Reward
    Part B Qualification Criteria: Over 60 days ODD( as a % of FY22-23 Sales) as on 31st March should be <=0.2% or, to be reduced by minimum 30%
    against 28th Feb
    Collection Target ( for March) Timeline Reward
    80% of Last Month Sales By 21st March Rs.2000
    90% of Last Month Sales By 28th March Rs. 3000
    100% of Last Month Sales By 31st March Rs. 3000
    Over 60 days ODD accounts (>50k) to be visited at least once in March
    If ODD Dealer visit criteria not completed in March, 50% penalty will be levied on Part B Reward
