On : 12.1.1 version, Memory Based Planner in Test:

  Information Centers  

Users are on 12.1.1 and have applied CU4 patch 9058835 code. They've also applied one off patch13531259 to get the following Information Center: Data

file versions: [1400555.2]

MSCNPL64.exe 120.2.12010000.45 - this is the 64 bit Linux Memory Based Snapshot and all files are self contained
   

mslsup.ppc 120.93.12010000.20.1201020.2 - this is a library file that requires MSCNSP to be relinked to pick up the patch fix

The above patch was for this customer. However, since then, although Purchase Orders are collected, they are not included in No References available for
this document.
the ASCP plan output for any organization even though Net Purchases is enabled in the plan options. I pulled the file of    

mslsup.ppc out of MSCNSP and it shows the patch version above. Also, running with 64 bit Memory Based Snapshot for Linux
doesn't work either. The one off was applied 11-JAN-2012. Planned orders are generated instead in the ASCP workbench   Recently Viewed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply one off patch 13531259 for a different problem Enable Electronic Signature

 Perform the following in a Test instance first and migrate the solution to other environments upon successful testing: Show More
   

1.  On top of ASCP 12.1.1 CU4 patch 9058835, apply one off patch 13641901 to obtain the following key fixed files or higher:

MSCNPL64.exe  120.2.12010000.49  
MSCNPL64.ppc  120.2.12010000.49  
mslsup.ppc  120.93.12010000.20.1201020.3  

You can use apscheck.sql per note 246150.1 to check the file versions

Note this patch is only for customers using 32 bit Memory Based Snapshot (MSCNSP) or 64 bit Linux Memory Based Snapshot
MSCNPL64.  The formal fix is expected out in VCP/ASCP patching for 12.1.3.8 code line (approximately Aug/Sep 2012).  Note
746824.1 will be updated when this patch is available

2.  The patch is password protected so you'd need to log a service request with ASCP support to obtain same

3.  Rerun the ASCP plan
