Dr. Angelica L. Enriquez deserved this award because she is a very dedicated
person. She really amazes me. She is so smart, versatile, and innovative. I can’t
think of a talent she doesn’t have. She’s almost a wonder woman. Someone you can
rely on, a friend , and a mother to everyone. She may be unaware of what is in
store for her future, but everyone is a witness that she always gives her best.

As a leader, she consistently finds professional development opportunities

for us. She is accessible, compassionate, intelligent, flexible, professional, and
trustworthy. She has already accomplished commendable contributions that yield
significant impact to the learners, to herself and to community. She can be
considered a doctor who cures ignorance, a sculpture who carves the youth’s
future, a researcher who constantly identifies the problem of society and takes
actions, a businesswoman who sacrifices her life for a profit that will remain
forever- the success of her children. Most importantly, she is a school head who
aims to never let anyone be left behind. She keeps her feet on the ground and
extends a helping hand to those in need.

One of the challenges in leadership is the translation of one’s vision into

reality, but not with Dr. Angelica L. Enriquez who unites stakeholders as an arm in
the implementation of the school’s countless endeavors.

With the presence of her visionary leadership, Bulacnin ES, SDO Lipa City
has been exceedingly blessed – able to establish a name in producing not only
locally competent but even nationally and equipped learners ever since she took
office as Bulacnin ES school principal in 2021

Dr. Enriquez’s leadership has transformed Bulacnin ES from a plain

elementary school to a model institution in the field of education, research, disaster
preparedness, honesty and punctuality, while she, herself, projects a convincing
persona of integrity, good leadership, and outstanding delivery of public service all
worthy of emulation.

Her iron will to pursue target goals and put into action the programs
mandated by DepEd has led to various creative innovations that have been
institutionalized in the school community and has now influenced different
stakeholders to embrace these revolutionary breakthroughs.

As proof of her mettle in organizational leadership and professional bearing,

the school has been recognized for its numerous undertakings in the division and
regional categories.

She herself has also earned prestigious honors in public service. 

Despite her astounding achievements, Dr. Enriquez remains to be

approachable, helpful, supportive, and humble. She extends her service by guiding
teachers and other school administrators to become better professionals and
community leaders. Her enthusiasm and commitment to uplift others radiate like
rainbow of many colors making a great difference in their respective lives. 

Truly, she showcases a total package of what a leader should be. She
chooses a life that serves, inspires, enriches, and empowers.

For me our school principal, Dr. Angelica L. Enriquez possesses all the
qualities and skills of a responsible and outstanding principal. She fosters a
healthy learning environment for the teachers especially to the learners. She can
make quick decisions under pressure and she has comprehensive understanding of
the rules and regulations in our school. She demonstrates excellent communication
and organizational abilities that’s why I consider her an effective and passionate
teacher.

Mam Angie is one of the best school head in Lipa City. An outstanding
leader, good adviser, and wonderful friend. She is very considerate of her
colleagues. A strong woman with a heart.
She is a very organized person. Although her work was very difficult, it is not
a hindrance for her to manage 35 teachers with different attitudes and
personalities. She always encourages us to soar high. She supports us in what we
want and gives us her words of wisdom.
I always admire how she gracefully handles her work. And I know that she
deserves to be the outstanding school leader for elementary.

person and school leader I’ve ever known. A person known for her dedication and
commitment in all aspects of life and work. The best school head/school leader
because she was able to transform not only her teachers to be credible but also the
whole school community thus receiving various awards in the district, division and
even in regional level.
Ma’am Ghie or Ma’am Angie as we usually call her, is a school head who will
always encourage and push you back to bring out the best in you. She never fails
her teacher to stay at the bottom line of being a classroom teacher.
A very supportive school head, an inspiring colleague for she continues to be
the driving force of everyone to grow and develop into a better person.

Being in an institution with a great leader is a blessing and opportunity to
both teachers and learners. Although it is my first year of teaching in public, it
doesn’t affect me nor I thought of quitting because Mam Angie, our dear principal,
guided and supported me until I became adjusted . She always asks me how I am
and always reminds me not to hesitate to talk with her if I have difficulties in my
work. She is a leader who values punctuality which I really appreciated most
because we avoid cramming. She is a person who doesn’t ask someone to work ot
prepare documents on her behalf, she does everything and even works beyond her
duties like extending help to someone and even does the job of our maintenance
like watering plants daily. Because of her dedication to work, even the school
community shows support to school. In fact, we managed to mobilize our parents
and stakeholders during our preparation for the limited face to face classes which
we can consider a great success. For a short period of time, we prepared all the
needed things for the school monitoring, and we even provided the necessary
materials to be used by the students in case they went back to school. All the
support and motivation are given by our dear principal, Ma’am Angelica L.
Enriquez, to encourage us to do better as well. Above all, she’s a mother who
ensures the welfare of her children and respect everyone’s privacy.

Good Day!
I worked with Dr. Enriquez as a disbursing officer of Plaridel ES from
January 2020-December 2020. During that time, I can say that she performed well
and always on time in Liquidation and no problems encountered with regards to
work and as a person.

As of today, being the Administrative Officer II of Bulacnin ES, worked with

her as a team, Dr. Enriquez, our School Head from January 2021 up to present,
have clear vision to the school and always motivate the teaching and non-teaching
personnel to improve. She is the type of leader who listens to her staff, very
responsible in all aspects (financial and administrative). She makes sure to be fair
in all her decisions and respects the common good.

I have no doubt that, Dr. Angelica L. Enriquez deserved to be the 2023 Most
Outstanding School Principal in the entire Region IV-A CALABARZON
