Term Project – A Business Plan

For the Term Project, you must write a Business Plan for the business
idea that was approved in Business Plan Project Assignment (Topic
Approval). The Business Plan guideline is in your textbook, 11th
edition, page 283 and your Week 4 module. This business guideline has
nine sections encompassing your business idea, essential information,
and business analysis.

You must submit the Business Plan (four files) in this assignment folder.

You will submit Four files;

1. An NDA in a PDF Document,

2. A business plan in a PDF document,
3. A business financial cash flow and a break-even point analysis
4. A partnership agreement in a PDF document

Students writing in APA style use lowercase Roman numerals for the
preliminary pages of a report. They place page numbers centred at the
bottom of a page and leave 1 inch of space between the bottom edge
of the page and the number. The title page of a report carries no
number but counts as the first official page; this means that the
certification page has the page number "ii," the abstract carries the
page number "iii," and acknowledgements, if given, take page number
"iv." Students number the table of contents as page number "v" if their
report has an acknowledgements page and "iv" otherwise. Suppose the
table of contents is longer than one page. In that case, subsequent
pages carry successive Roman numerals—students writing in APA style
switch to Arabic numerals when the main body of their report begins.
You can use the MS Word page break option to set up different page
numbering styles.

landscape for tables or financial information, and rever back to portrait
afterwards.
Term project deliverable two - A Business Funding Request Video
Presentation
Since the pandemic and investor location, most business funding
requests are made in video format. The video must show each
presenting team member and their voice.
Your group can use the PowerPoint Recording feature, Zoom, and other
video editing software packages to include you and your audio in your
presentation video.
Once your video is made, please upload it to the YouTube website and
catalogue it as unlisted. Submit your video link to the assignment
folder.
A maximum of 10 PowerPoint slides summarizing your business plan
with video and voice for 10 minutes. Please do not copy tables or
financial information from your business document. It will show too
much information on the screen and distract your audience.
Please pay attention to your loan repayment scheme. It would be best
to stress how and when you would pay the investor back or how they
will get their money back. They are not your potential partner but only
business investor.
All your group members should present and appear in this funding
request video.
