APPROVING THE VARIANCE WOULD ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF AN APARTMENT TOWER WITH 76 STORIES, 482 MULTI-FAMILY
APARTMENTS, 5,795 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE, AND 4,400
SQUARE FEET OF RESTAURANT SPACE.

Purpose: This will allow the relaxation of the required minimum side setback above the
eighth story as listed in the Miami 21 Code and for the construction of an
