Dear Sir,

As per yesterday’s meeting held b/w Site Team, COSMOS Team & Aluform Contractors, following
points need to be noticed on priority basis to complete the Aluform shuttering work in Tower 4.

Issues-

1. Material still not received- First they said, all material to be received by 22 nd Mar, Then the
date shifted to 25th Apr, then the date shifted to 1st Apr and now status as per below:
a. OLD Refurbishment Material – 30 To 40 Sqm still pending to be prepare at site- COSMOS
team has promised to make and deliver it till 08-Apr-23.
b. New Refurbishment Material – 110 Sqm Still pending. To be provided by 05-Apr-23.
c. New changing Material – ……… Sqm still not received. To be provided by 05-Apr-23.

2. T4 Drip moulds, Elevational Grooves, Plumbing Groove still pending, Common Toilet
Chajja, & Sunken Issue. There is been a call given to COSMOS Team 15 days earlier for this
work but we didn’t get this work done.
As per discussion held in meeting, They are providing 1 st half Pour material by 05-0Apr-23
and 2nd Half material by 08-Apr-23.

3. Manpower issue for Holes & Grooves- COSMOS Team has provided 2 no. manpower, in
which 1 is OK but other one is not serious in his work. Our team requires to change that
person and add one more to the site because Hole and Grooves are coming on each and
every panel which is time taking at site.

4. Refurbishing of Material (If found with Wrong Dimension at site or something with Quality
issue) is taking more time than usual- It is affecting our work and our time schedule. Needs
to act on concerned team to provide the material withing 2 to 3 Hrs whenever material is
sent to yard for refurbishment- The points is discussed with concerned person.

As per the above issues, COSMOS Team has decided to increase his Supervisory Team at
Site. There are 2 persons available at site – Tafizul (For Mock Up) & Sachin (For handing over
refurbish material). They are going to increase 2 persons in yard named Shakeel & Gautam,
so that we could achieve our timeline.

On a finishing Note, I would like to say There has been a negligence seen in COSMOS Team working
process and Procedure which ultimately affecting our Time schedule.

I would like to request them to pl stick on your given dates, as we are on the edge of our work
completion, and we don’t want any delay ahead.
