STRENGTHS

LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Influential leaders can call upon a toolbox full of
leadership skills and abilities that allow them to guide
both their organization and their team members toward
success. Leaders can help to inspire employees and
improve the company's performance. Leaders also can
transform organizations by creating more value,
engaging their employees, and delivering better results.
They'll also learn how to manage conflicts and delegate
tasks.

FAST LEARNING
Being a fast learner does not solely rely on pure talent
and intelligence, as you can cultivate these skills through
time and effort. The result of being a fast learner is we
will become even more adaptable. This implies that we
can get used to working in different environments easily
and make changes quickly according to the situation. In
addition, our work will become more versatile which
shows that we have multiple skill sets and abilities.
 PUNCTUALITY
Punctuality shows that we are organized. Employers like
to know their team is productive and being able to save
more time rather than searching for a misplaced invoice
is costing the company in lost productivity. Being
organized is a precursor to punctuality, making it a lot
easier to complete tasks, arrive at meetings, and meet
client requests on time. This may also enhance our
company’s reputation.

PATIENCE
Patience gives us the endurance necessary to learn
difficult skills. Challenging work can be rewarding when
we have a method of approaching it, and patience can
help us maintain the positive mindset necessary for
improvement. We will be able to learn valuable skills and
lessons as an outcome. When we're patient with other
people, we allow them some room to learn and grow,
which can result in employees and coworkers that learn
faster and gaining confidence.
 02 WEAKNESS

INABILITY TO DELEGATE
I have always struggled to delegate my work
to another person because I'm disturbed by
fear of failure. I feel that I need to take
charge and deliver the work personally to
make sure it is done to the right standard.
In order to vanquish this problem, I will put
my trust in my employee with task
completion. This action can build team trust
and helps my employee to learn new things. I
will also help them by communicating the
task and its specific instructions to the
designated employee

TAKING CRITISM
I often strive with negative criticism and can
become obsessed with perfecting my work
after receiving negative comments or any
reprimand. I will start to put more pressure
on myself and it will increase my workload.
To overcome this matter, I will avoid
immediately reacting. I will take a deep breath
and try to cool down before I stress myself out
with unnecessary things. Asking for other
people's bits of help is one of the methods that
I have been applying to myself too. While I
appreciate the guidance, I think I can learn to
be less harsh on myself.

ACCOUNTANT
A professional who conducts accounting activities including
accounting research, audit, or analysis of financial statements is
known as an accountant. Accountants can work for just an
accountancy firm or a large corporation with just an internal finance
department, or they might start their own firm. Most accountants are
in charge of a variety of financial activities. Accountants must have a
basic understanding of mathematics, as well as essential computer
skills, good analytical talents, and a natural ability for clear and lucid
communication.

FINANCIAL ANALYST
A financial analyst is a professional who undertakes financial analysis
for external or internal clients as a core feature of the job. Financial
analysts evaluate opportunities to commit money for the purpose of
generating profit. They can have varied jobs and have the
opportunity to meet lots of people in management and finance. They
also enjoy the luxury of working regular business hours. Therefore
financial analysts are considered as a high authority in the industry
and hence get massive respect.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The chief financial officer (CFO) is an officer of a company or
organization that is assigned the primary responsibility for managing
the company's finances. This includes managing all aspects of
financial and cash flow planning, as well as analyzing its financial
position. A CFO is comparable to a treasurer or controller. In the
financial industry, it is a high-ranking position, and in other industries,
it is usually the third-highest position in a company. This role has
emerged from focusing on compliance and quality control to business
planning and process changes, and they are a strategic partner to
the CEO.
 06 FUTURE LIFE PURPOSE
SELF REDEMPTION
One of my future life purposes is to redeem myself.
I want to make up for things in the past that I'm
not proud of and overcome them so that they will no
longer define me. I will learn to forgive myself and
grow from the experience. I'm planning on
succeeding in everything that I'm doing. If I have
failed or done something disastrous, I intend to
make excellent improvements. I wish to try to
become the best version of myself. This idea has
been the center of my thoughts for the past few
years and I would like to accomplish it at any cost.

LIFE FULL OF LOVE

Living my life full of love is my future life purpose
too. I want to find out how to love other people
around me and endear myself even more. I hope
that I can love my family and friends with
unconditional love and receive mutual support from
each other. I would also like to understand and
appreciate the people around me. I often forget that
I need moral support from them too. Sometimes I
prefer to be alone instead of socializing.
Nevertheless, I would like to make a change and
live happily with the people I love in the future.
I'm full of beans to create a life full of love with
my family, friends, and partner.
