1) Introduction
2) Purpose:
 To discuss tiling works and other related activities and to assess Subcontractor’s readiness in
performing the said scope of works
 To review sequence, methods, & safety. The subcontractor is invited/requested to provide
input and describe their methods during this meeting.
 Set an expectation of the quality of work and review the process of how such quality will be
achieved.
 This meeting may be recorded for assistance in preparing meeting minutes.

 All material delivery shall be inspected by Haskell prior to any use or installation on site
through Material Inspection Material Inspection Request Forms
 Furnish extra materials that match and are from same production runs as products
installed and that are packaged with protective covering for storage and identified with
labels describing contents.
1. Tile and Trim Units: Furnish quantity of full-size units equal to ten to fifteen
percent (10-15%) of amount installed for each type, composition, color, pattern,
and size indicated.

 All subcontractors are responsible to inspect work area before starting work. Anything that
is found to be unacceptable must be brought to the superintendent’s attention for
corrective action

where they are to be installed.
1. At least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of installation, move flooring and
installation materials into spaces where they will be installed.

 Do not install resilient sheet flooring until materials are the same temperature as space
where they are to be installed.
1. At least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of installation, move flooring and
installation materials into spaces where they will be installed.
 Immediately before installation, sweep and vacuum clean substrates to be covered by
resilient sheet flooring.
