All functions operate properly.

Complete machine lubricated per lube chart, including boom.
No dents, holes, cracks, or damage to structures including boom, cab, machine frame, axles.
All pivot pins are secure (boom, all cylinders, both axles).
Outriggers undamaged and lubricated, pivot pins are secure (if equipped)

CAB

All gauges operate properly.

Hourmeter operates properly.
Seat belt in good condition and catches properly.
Horn operates properly.
LSI (Load Stability Indicator) indicator operates properly. (if equipped)
Rear Axle Stabilization (RAS) system operates properly. (if equipped)
All guards, handles, steps, and sheet metal installed properly and in good working condition.
Cab (ROPS/FOPS) has no dents or holes.
Cab glass is has no damage or tinting applied.
Frame level indicator is functioning.
Door will not hit rear tire in Open position. (if equipped) Some models are equipped with a door strap.
Cab door window latches and releases in Closed and Open positions. (if equipped)
Beacon operates properly (if equipped)
Work lights operate properly (if equipped)
Driving lights and turn indicators operate properly. (if equipped)
Mirror clean and adjusted properly.
Service brakes operate correctly.
Park brake operates correctly.
Backup alarm operates properly.
Control levers return to neutral position when released.
Rear sensor/ Reverse Obstacle Detection system operates properly. (if equipped)
Multifunction display operates properly. (if equipped)
Reversing Camera operates properly (if equipped)

POWER UNIT
Engine oil and coolant levels correct.
Both transmission and transfer case oil level correct.
Transmission operates correctly.
Engine air filter clean and secure.
Check air intake connection to engine.
Engine R.P.M. correct.
Radiator, oil cooler clean from dirt and debris.
Fuel, oil filters secure and not leaking.
DRIVE TRAIN
Axle and Differential lube level correct.
Planetary drive hub and transfer box lube levels correct.
Wheel lugs torqued to specifications.
Tires condition acceptable.
Tire pressure correct.
Steering and wheel stops correct.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hydraulic oil level is correct.
Hydraulic tank breather clean.
Hoses aligned and not leaking.
Cylinders not leaking.
Boom hoses adjusted properly.
BOOM CHECK POINTS
Boom wear pads acceptable – Replace if no chamfer or angled wear indicator shoulder visible
Boom sections properly shimmed and lubricated.
Extension and Retraction chains properly adjusted.
Quick Coupler device linkage, free and operates properly.
Attachments fit Quick Coupler device and operate properly.
SAFETY AND OPERATOR’S MANUALS, DECALS
1. Manuals with machine, if no, reorder immediately.
2. All decals installed and legible.
3. Proper load capacity chart installed.
