Francis Lobo is a Commerce and Law graduate, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma's
in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management and a Diploma in Advertising and
Public Relations, In his phenomenal Corporate career spanning 28 years in the Real Estate,
Infrastructure creation, Facilities Management and Human Resource Functions. He grew from
the ranks of a contractual employee to Head of the Departments West, South and North
Regions. He has worked with organizations like Gujarat Lease Financing Limited, Anagram
Finance, ICICI Bank, Fullerton India and Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limited in
various capacities, where he has been instrumental in setting up and managing hundreds of
branches across the country.

He was associated with the Leadership Development Programme of the St. Xavier's High
School Loyola Hall, (where he himself has studied) right from its inception in 1986. His passion
for training has kept him attached to the Programme imparting Leadership and Personality
development training to thousands of students.

At age 50, Francis decided to go on his own and associated with Ahmedabad
Management Association for various Training and Development activities as well as projects.
His training programs for human resource development (HRD) for various institutions and
organizations: State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM), National Health Mission (NHM),
Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (TCGL), Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Entrepreneur
Development Institute of India (EDII), Container Corporation of India (CCI), Electrical
Research Development Authority (ERDA), UCO Bank, Nutan Nagrik Sahakari Bank, and
many corporate entities : Harsha Engineers, Hitachi Hirel. QX. Ratnamani Metals and Tubes
Ltd,s Urban Company , AMUL and more. He provides placement services to a variety of
national and multi-national organizations covering various industries including health care,
Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Construction, Retail, IT, Pharma, Media and
Communication, BPO/KPO and many more. Through placement services, young, energetic
boys and girls are helped, who are often ignorant of the vast employment opportunities
created by the fast expanding IT, retail, service sectors and industries.
