BACKGROUND

This is to certify that in accordance with the instructions received from you, M/s Platinum Credit Uganda Limited, Kampala
(referred to herein as “The Applicant”), we, Ask Corporate Consults Limited, (referred to herein as “The Valuers”), inspected
the vehicle Reg. No. UBG 078T and effected a valuation exercise on it. Our findings follow:

This vehicle was imported as a second hand from overseas and registered on 31 st December 2019 under registration number UBG
078T in the names of Mr. Emagu Simon; therefore, this vehicle has spent approximately 3years and 3months on Ugandan roads .

1. The validity of this report will become nugatory should it be
transmitted to a Third Party in any abridged, altered or amended
version whatsoever without the express permission of the Undersigned
and/or Ask Corporate Consults Limited.
2. The Applicant is reportedly interested in establishing the current
market value and forced sale value the said vehicle.
3. The information and documentation used in the compilation of this
report have been obtained from the Applicant and our survey in the
open market.
4. The information submitted in this report is believed to be correct but
the valuer accepts no liability whatsoever if this should prove not to be
so.
5. This report is qualified on the basis of visual and/or technical
inspection. We are not responsible for any defects whatsoever that
may be found later after dismantling or stripping the vehicle.
6. The responsibility of the valuer is limited to M/s Platinum Credit
Uganda Limited, Kampala who instructed us to carry out the
valuation.
7. The use of this report is limited only to the purposes of insurance. It
should be treated as invalid if presented for use in any other purpose
unless express authority is obtained from the undersigned.
8. The market value assessed reflects the current resale value and no
account is taken of any liability and costs involved in effecting a sale.

putting into consideration the landed cost of similar vehicle models and applicable duties, wear and tear, depreciation, we
computed ITS AS IS VALUE at UGX.24,000,000.00 and a FORCED-SALE VALUE at UGX.16,000,000.00.
