CONCLUSION

Employee satisfaction is vital factor for the performance of organization


because it provides the basis for the foundation of the organization. On the
basis of study which I gone through, I came to know that employee
satisfaction level is high but there are chances of improvisation.

To increase the level of satisfaction, some more steps can be taken by Red
Tape such as self-rating by the employees and positive reinforcement
system for increasing the performance of the employees. The primary
objective was to study satisfaction with regard to performance
management system of the organization and from study. I came to know
that majority of the employees are satisfied with policies of the
organization. To increases the percentage of satisfied employees,
organization should work for them

 Total respondents consider that app is needed in their organization.


 Most of the respondents agreed that appraisal system helps in increasing
awareness of targets and responsibilities of the employees.
 More than 50% of respondents are not aware about the key result
area on which they are being assessed.
 50%of the total respondents favour the open system of P.A.
 50%of the total respondents believe that the appraisal system is
capable of fulfilling the needs of employee’s personal growth and
development.
 60%of the total respondents are not agreed that there superior
appreciate frank discussion with them.
 More than 65%of the total respondents consider that there is a
chance of biasness in the existing appraisal.
