Hassan Ghazaly, 2021harvest
Initially, I would like to say that Nasser Youth Movement comes at the top of my achievements in the last year. The purpose of this
developmental model, launched three years ago, was not only the sustainability of its youth programs, but also to create a new youth
network with new ideals and solidarity values. Thus, the movement’s coordinates left a strong impact in 44 countries in Asia, Africa and
Latin America. Each one of the coordinates worked in his/her own sphere according to the capabilities of his/her own country and the
requirements of his/her own society. The coordinates indeed conveyed the essence of the Egyptian experience in development and the
construction of national institutions. Therefore, they launched several programs in the fields of pioneering business and youth
empowerment.
First, Africa.
Nasser Youth Movement in the Republic of Tunisia: On the occasion of the announcement of 2021-2022 as the year of Egyptian-Tunisian
culture, the youth who graduated from Nasser Fellowship for international Leadership launched a distinguished series of round talks and activities

enrollment in Nasser Fellowship for international Leadership. In this context, they have launched a number of open round talks to define the
needs of the youth in the coming stage. The coordinates then presented a proposal to the Minister of Youth and Sports in cooperation with
“Amilcar Corporal “foundation led by Pedro Pires the former president of Cape Verde, to train 5000 male and female youths to prepare them for
the job market, political participation and public work.

Nations Model” which was a great event that was undertaken under the auspices of the Prime Minister’s office and the care of the ministries of:
policies, parliamentary affairs, labor, youth and those with special needs. The event was also sponsored by the ministry of information and the
ministry of culture. Hundred and fifty youths from 16 states participated. These states are: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, Togo,
Zimbabwe, Ghana, Cameron, the United Kingdom, Namibia and Nigeria.

of those with special needs in cooperation with Uzbekistan’s Association of Volunteers. They also worked to cover the mutual cooperation
between Egypt and Uzbekistan.

making centers both locally and internationally specially the invitation I got from HE Dr, Mostafa Madbouly the Egyptian prime minister.
I would like also to emphasize that with each new empowerment or assignment I take on my shoulders a larger responsibility towards serving
the African youth and pushing them forward. I also strongly seek to empower and network through the international and continental
activities I implement. I seek behind this to achieve continental integration and the creation of an international citizen. This I have practiced
on the ground when I passed on my position as vice president of the African Youth Union for the North African region, in a smooth democratic
transition to give others a chance and to emphasize the democracy that we all call for.
