LIMITATIONS

1. The tenure of the internship program was short hence it was not possible to get
in depth and it was one of the biggest constraints.

2. Some of the information were confidential.

3. While doing the survey some employees were not participative, some
were very busy and some were reluctant during answering the
questions.

4. Respondents were found hesitated in revealing opinion about

supervisor and management.

5. All the observations and recommendation were made on the

feedback obtained from the survey.

6. More stress was faced during the collection of primary data through
questionnaire and also to collect the secondary data from the
organization.
