 Prepared Dossier reports for customer.

 Ability to setup and use NDT (UT, MT, PT) equipment’s.

 Inspect the job during Fitup stage and also inspect the internal parts dimension according to
the drawing.

 Assisted the ISO 3834-2 certification in the company.

 Conducted a training session regarding Welding process, defect types and NDT methods
including Visual Testing, Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing.

 Guided the Automation Welding in SAW which involves no skilled welder by means of
Fully automatic laser tracking sensor.

 Implemented Tandem welding in SAW so that productivity and velocity improved.
