Van Hool sends Service bulletins to inform you on technical items.

The information in a service bulletin always takes priority over information that deviates
from and is older than the service bulletin.

Van Hool uses four different service bulletins:

SERVICE INFORMATION
This service bulletin provides information with the objective to increase
the quality or the life of the vehicle.
The information does not give a right on warranty, reimbursement or any type of compensation.

PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT
This service bulletin provides information about a product improvement that can be applied to
previously sold vehicles, at the discretion of the customer.
Product improvements are not mandatory and cannot be claimed under warranty.

FIELD CHANGE PROGRAM

This service bulletin provides information about a field change program with relation
to the life of the affected part.
This bulletin is subject to notification to be sure that as many vehicles as possible are modified.
Parts are provided at no cost, labour hours are compensated.

SAFETY RECALL
This service bulletin is used for a recall action related to road safety,
public health or environmental, and is subject to legislation about
notification, execution and follow-up.
Parts are provided at no cost, labour hours are compensated.
