OVER POWER eSPORTS

*TEAM AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT

A. TERMS

- This Contract runs for a period of 1 months beginning on 06/12/2021and

terminating on

06/01/2022 unless contract violation is to occur in which case contract will

terminate

as per contract specifications.

B. OVER POWER Esports OBLIGATIONS

- OVER Powered eSports agrees to provide support, agreed upon between the
Player and Us

for Tournament Registration and events Registration

OVER Powered Esports agrees to also support MEMBER in any manner possible
upon request,

if such request is CONSIDERED necessary and economically feasible by OVER

Powered Esports .

C. PLAYERS OBLIGATIONS.

-PLAYER agrees to play for Us as an independent player

-PLAYER confirms that they have no other legal binding to any other team or
organization.

-PLAYER shall not enter into another contractual relationship with any other team
or

organization in the field during the term of this Contract without asking permission

from Us seven (7) days in advance.

-PLAYER agrees to play matches to the best of their ability when selected to
participate in team and individual practice, and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

-PLAYER must wear official OVER Powered tags at all times during events,
competitions And during streaming.

-PLAYER agrees to make them self available to Sponsors for promotional work as

requested, unless previous notice is given of accepted unavailability by MEMBER

three(3)
days in advance.

-PLAYER understands that they represent OVER Powered Esports and shall not act
with bad

manners including, but not limited to, cheating, violence, abuse, racism, and

unsportsmanlike conduct.

- PLAYER agrees to not knowingly or willingly violate or let any member of his/her
team

violate rules, overtime rules or any other competitive leagues rules. If found

doing so MEMBER may have their sponsor/player relationship with OVER Power
Esports

Permanently terminated can be held accountable for all fees invested into Player

D. PAYMENTS AND REVENUE

-PLAYER shall receive his percentage of revenue derived from small tournaments
and

large events after OVER Power Esports receives their thirty percent (30%) from

tournaments and large events that they sponsored. The PLAYERR will also get one
hundred percent (100%) of revenue derived from their respective personal
streams.

-We give player 10k salary per month

- and if player perform well we give 25k salary to second month and contract will
be extended

- PLAYER MUST HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT 199/- for security then will be given back
to him after a month end.
E. TERMINATION

Contract's must be renewed within 1 months after expiration unless either

PLAYER or over power Esports gives at least three (3) day notice officially
terminating their

sponsor/client relations due to personal reasons and/or violation of any Sections.

F. LAW

PLAYER and over power Esports agree that each provision of the severable and if
any provision is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or

administrative agency to be illegal or invalid, the validity of the remaining

provisions

shall not be affected and the illegal or invalid provisions shall be deemed not to be
a part of this Contract.
