Set the preset basic operation

[Limit direction]
When the origin return operation (origin = ON) is performed, the compensator moves to
the origin remid switch. Set to move.

※Compen when the compenroll is moving in the direction of the origin limit switch Make
sure that the value in the real position is decreasing. If the value of the actual position of
the compen increases, the A phase and B phase of the encoder signal line Please
replace.

Set the constant of the preset
Calculation of preset constants ... [Primary C1 / MIN D1_s] Measure the path length
between units and calculate internal data.
1)Move the compen to the origin position.
2)Set the cylinder and lower the impression cylinder with the base paper stretched.
3)Mark the nip point and measure the pathlength. *
Path length is measured with two types of cylinders of different sizes.

4)Internal data is calculated from the actual measurement result of the path length
between units.
When the measurement result of the path length is as follows
・Cylinder size1「300.0mm」Path length1=7140.0mm
・Cylinder size2「600.0mm」Path length2=7080.0mm

[1次 C1]calculation
C1 =(Path length1-Path length2)/(Cylinder size1-Cylinder size2)
=(7140-7080)/(300-600)
=-0.2

[MIN D1_s]calculation
D1_s = Path length1 - C1 × Cylinder size1

= 7140 -(-0.2) × 300


= 7140 -(-60)
= 7200

Correction of preset calculated values

As a result of starting printing and registering, the "calculated value" and "actual
position" are When it becomes as follows.

When the paper thread of the kunpen is "A" or "D"


MIN D1_s = Current MIN D1_s + {(Actual position-calculated value)×2 }
= 7200.0 +{( 328.0 - 315.5 ) × 2 }
= 7200.0 + 25
= 7225.0 ←Re-enter the corrected value

When the paper thread of the kunpen is "B" or "C"


MIN D1_s = Current MIN D1_s - {(Actual position-calculated value)×2 }
= 7200.0 -{( 328.0 - 315.5 ) × 2 }
= 7200.0 - 25
= 7175.0 ←Re-enter the corrected value
