1. Welcoming group/tourist

2. Asking for baggage tag
● May I also see your baggage tag?

3. Ask the tourist for waiting
● Ladies and gentleman. Please wait for me here. I am going to arrange your
baggages. If you need to go to the toilet, there is on the left side near the
security post.

4. Asking for Porter's assistance
● Porter, could you help me to arrange my group's baggages please. There are
5 baggages and here's the baggage tag.
- Yes, of course. (Porter)
● Thank you.

● Thank you. Please put them into the bus.
5. Calling the group.
● Ladies and gentleman, all of your baggages have been on board. please go
in to the bus. Mind your head and step please.

● Alright everyone, welcome on board of Sacitra Tour and Travel. I would like to
re-introduce myself. My name is (Guide's name). I am your guide during your
transfer-in to your hotel, Hotel Swiss-Belinn Simatupang.
● Let me also introduce our driver and co. driver for today (Say the name of the
driver and co. driver). Everyone let's say hi!!

● Now we are leaving from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, we are now turning left
heading to Jalan Raya Soekarno-Hatta.
● On your left side you can see North Perimeter Road, and your right side, you
can see Landscape Café and ibis Budget Jakarta Hotel.
● This area also named based from Indonesian Proclamer, Soekarno and
Hatta, just like the airport's name we just left.
7. Arrived at hotel
● Alright everyone, we have arrived at Swiss-Belinn Hotel Simatupang. Please
get of the bus carefully and head to the lobby, thank you.
