FUTURE BUILDING

You are a whole person with a past, a present, and a future. We might get caught up in our current day
difficulties that we forget how much we have already had to overcome and survived (we are stronger
than we give ourselves credit for!) We might also forget that, looking forward into the future, our future
might be brighter and things might get better. We get caught up and we forget our resilience, and we
forget hopefulness.

Tell the story of your past, your present, and your future. Remember to identify your strengths, your
hopefulness, and your opportunities.

Share the story of your past, including what obstacles you’ve overcome
PAST and what strengths and skills you used to overcome them.
