    Palpal Leads the Vocalization


    Students of Antadao National High School (ANHS) was taught in vocalization by Fr. Thomas B. Palpal, a musician
    priest of St. Simon Peter of Demang, Sagada. The said event was held at the gym of ANHS in March 3,2023.

    At first, Fr. Palpal asked Veniz Coteng a grade 10 student, to conduct the Lupang Hinirang which he took a video
    of them singing, to see if they sing it exactly 48 seconds. Then, using the piano, he pitched the song while the students
    followed. The students of ANHS was learning quickly. They repeated the song until they got the right pitch. Afterwards Fr.
    Palpal introduced the tuning fork to the students which gives the pitch of F, and also conducted the Lupang Hinirang for
    the last time. The students finally sang it loudly, clearly and with the right pitch.

    Lastly, ma’am Tan-ayen Pecdasen the school head thanked the students for their cooperation, and after that,
    they went to the faculty office to have a sip of coffee.
