FIRE EVACUATION EXERCISE FOR U-THANT RESIDENCE
On 06th August @ 9.30 AM

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that a Fire Evacuation Exercise will be conducted on the 06th August 2016 @ 9.30 am.

During the above exercise the following will take place:-

1) The alarm bell will be triggered.

2) All lifts will be parked at Ground Floor.

3) DO NOT PANIC. All residents must evacuate via the Emergency Exit / staircases and assemble at the
Assembly Point located at the TNB area once the fire alarm is triggered.

4) For residents who are pregnant or has medical risk must evacuate and assemble at the Assembly Point latest
by 9.30 am before the fire alarm is triggered.

5) Suppliers or contractors are NOT allowed to load or unload goods during the said period.

6) Residents are encouraged to have a “hands on” experience on the usage of the fire extinguisher.

7) All resident are encouraged to participate in this exercise and be enlightened on fire hazards and the steps to
be taken if fire occurs.

8) Residents are advised to ensure that your apartment doors are securely locked during the fire evacuation
exercise. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damages in your unit.
