INTRODUCTION

Mc Donald's is located at Total Solano, Maharlika Highway,

Poblacion, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines.

Mc Donald's in Solano is best known for its Burger and Fries

combo. Which you can order dine-in, drive-thru, or through

online.

Mc Donald’s

McDonald examines the international strategy for creating value by transferring core

competencies. Competencies range from domestic to foreign courtiers. It gets stuck in the

franchise system and keeps going. By keeping all major decisions under the centralized control

of the head office, the company has developed a very strong culture. When considering

McDonald's decades-long success, three characteristics stand out: Consistency, Innovation, and

Resilience.

Mc Donald used various alternatives to keep the business organized; this is based on customer

perspectives and friends who worked at McDonald's in Solano and learned that employees who

worked overtime were fairly compensated; they also changed work hours as needed and had

part-time employees. Job rotation was implied in order to make the workforce more manageable.

Managers consistently observe their employees and the business process. Staff and managers

collaborate on decorating their establishment on occasion, which always serves as a good

advertisement for their new combos. Furthermore, the establishment has a nice view, and the

tables and floors are always clean. Their market strategy is beautiful just the way, making it

reasonable for customers to say "love ko to."

III. DESCRIPTION OF FLOWCHART

McDonald's workflow is not as simple as you might think and every move follows a

process. As a result, all orders from dine-in, drive-thru, and online will be assured that they were

organized and processed correctly and properly; the flowchart also demonstrated that there is no

mistakes.

Depending on the situation of the customer, there are three ways to take an order. If you

are close to a McDonald's, you can order food and pay at the cashier. Take-out restaurants are

always available. There is also a drive-thru option, which is ideal for people who use cars,

introverts, rush hours, and so on. If you are at home and want a McDo, you can always order one

online. McDonald's, on the other hand, only delivers within Solano and a few surrounding areas.

Ordering through Dine-In

Every customer should stand in line and wait their turn until they reach the counter. Tell

the staff your orders, and she will enter them into her computer. Once she has punched or entered

them, the orders will be transferred to the kitchen Department, and the kitchen departments will

proceed with cooking and preparing the given orders. The cashier will then hand you your table

number so that the waitress can easily find and deliver your orders. Of course, you'll have to find

your table and wait for your food.

Ordering through Drive-Thru

Ordering through the drive-thru is very simple; simply drive in the side of McDonald's

and follow the line of other vehicles, go to the curbside until you see the drive-thru, give your

orders to the staff and wait for confirmation, then proceed to pay. After that, proceed forward

and go to the waiting area, where you will wait until your orders are completed and handed to

you.

Order Via Online.

This is the simplest way to order McDO; simply log in to the app or their website, select

your order, and check it out; you can pay via gcash or COD; and then wait for your order to be

delivered to your address. Make certain that you provided your complete address. However, you

will need patience because delivering your foods may take longer.

B. NARRATIVE REPORT

On the First day, June 08, 2022, 7:35 in the morning when I woke up because of the

noise of my mom and sister talking in our living room, so I got up and washed my face before

sitting next to my sister. They were talking about my nephew’s birthday but they didn’t have

enough money to prepare for his birthday. I was the one who will go to market because they said

I knew how to bargain for goods so I agreed. Before I went, my sister gave me ₱ 1,500.00 and

told me everything what I will going to buy and told me to budget the money. When I was in the

market I bought vegetables for noodles and soup because the price of vegetables was high I made

a bid. The price per kilo of carrots was ₱ 60.00 but made ₱ 50.00, cabbage was ₱ 50.00 made ₱

45.00 and beans were ₱ 40.00 made ₱ 35.00 so I still saved. The rest of the money I bought two

kilos of noodles, two kilos of macaroni, a kilo of spaghetti, a kilo of chicken, a kilo of meat,

Hotdog, kikkiam, corn beef, soy, oil and seasonings. After they computed it, they showed me the

total of ₱ 1233.00 and I paid ₱ 1250.00 and I was paid ₱ 17.00. When I left the store, I suddenly

remembered the red and green pepper that I was going to buy so I counted the remaining money

and there was still ₱ 137.00, it was still correct to buy red and green pepper at ₱ 80.00/kilo so I

bought it before umuwi. When I got here at home I gave them what I bought and the change, my

mom and sister were even surprised because I was able to fit the ₱ 1,500.00, I was even told that

I really know how to budget.

On the second day, June 09, 2022, I woke up early because I was going to list my baby’s

things because they were gone. I looked at the baby’s belongings one by one so I knew what was

cologne, cotton buds, cottons, alcohol, baby oil, baby shampoo, baby lotion, baby soap, aciete de

to the Traders Mart to buy the ones I listed. I went to Traders Mart and pulled out the list I had

made. I took one by one the ones I listed and put them in the push cart. About 11.32 am I

finished getting everything on my list, and I went straight to the counter to line up. When I was

close to the counter, an old man suddenly came in and he put down what he was going to buy on

the counter and he told me that he would go first because his grandchildren were hungry because

I felt sorry for him and he was old, I agreed. When he finished, he looked at me and thanked me

before leaving and when I was next I put the ones I took and put them on the counter. After they

recorded it and used a laser barcode scanner, the bagger get it all to put it to eco bag. After that

the cashier said the purchased is ₱ 1124.50, so I gave my 2000.and she gave me the ₱ 876.00

change.

secretary asked me why I need this, I said to her that it’s my requirements to join in ASA and I

also remembered that it’s also my requirements to my Immersion Portfolio as a graduating

student. She gave me a piece of paper to write my name and other information’s so that they can

encoded it for my clearance and Cedula. Then I went to the Municipal hall, I went straight to the

security guard to ask where I would get the mayor’s Certification and he asked me what else I

would get so I said I also need to get police clearance and court clearance. Then he pointed me to

an office and he told me that’s where I would go . So I went straight to that office and told them

what I would take. They asked where to use them so I said that it is my requirements to join the

wake up well I have a good day I will clean the house. I bathed and put my child to bed so I

could start cleaning. When I started I thought of changing the position of the teddy bears and

books because it wasn’t arranged. I removed the teddy bears and books from the cabinet and

wiped the cabinet because there was a lot of dust. After I wiped the cabinet, I wiped the teddy

bears and books. Then I arranged the teddy bears and books according to their height. I also
fixed the nail cleaners and combs because of where they were placed. I removed the hanging

clothes and folded them and put them in the Dura box. About 10:30, my mom and dad arrived.

They found the house neat and clean, so they were happy with what I did. So I was also happy
