Selected Communities of Southern Leyte

We appreciate you taking the time to respond to this survey about monitoring and containing African swine
fever (ASF). In order to determine the main pathway for the spread of the ASF in the regions sampled, as well
as the key biosecurity measures employed by the farmers before, during, and after an outbreak, this study
will look at how pig farmers are aware of ASF, and reaction. We are interested in your honest opinions. .
Please answer as honestly as possible, there is no ‘correct’ or ‘incorrect’ answer. The questions are mostly
