“DONOR”

ELIZA MORALES LOPEZ, married to RONALD L. LOPEZ, of legal age, Filipino,

with residence and postal address at Up and down, Purok 7, Barangay
Palcarancangan, Lubao, Pampanga, Philippines, hereinafter called “DONEE”,

Witnesseth that:

1. The DONOR is the registered owner of parcel of land covered by Transfer of

2. The DONEE is the sister of the DONOR to whom the latter dedicated her life with
trust, love, and affection;

3. As a sign of gratitude and liberality, and in consideration of the DONEE’S trust,

devotion, and affection shown to the DONOR, the DONOR hereby voluntarily
 GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation, unto the said DONEE,
their heirs, and assigns, ONE HALF (1/2) of the undivided portion of the
above-described property ONLY or is estimated to be around TWO
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWNETY SQUARE METERS (2,320 SQM) ,
together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances;

4. The DONOR hereby declares that this donation is not made with intent to deceive
her creditors and that she has reserved for herself sufficient funds and property;

5. The DONEE hereby accept and receive this donation made in their favor by the
DONOR, and hereby manifests her gratefulness for the latter’s’ generosity.
