• Complete Overhaul of 16.5 MW GE Steam turbine, 17MW 1*Dresser-Rand Steam
Turbines,15.3 MW Peter Brother Hood Steam Turbine, HRSGs, Water treatment unit and
other Rotating Equipment
• Erection and commissioning of steam turbine and boilers of new coming plants (SNPC, Lucky

1) Steam Turbine Erection and Commissioning

Steam Turbine erection and commissioning training was successfully completed at Shin Nippon
Machinery Japan for upcoming combined cycle project in Pakistan and worldwide.

2) Steam Turbine Operation and Maintenance

Got an Operation and Maintenance training from Dressor-Rand Workshop Abu Dahbi to build the
O&M team in Wartsila Pakistan and now we are able to carry out all types of maintenance of Steam
Turbine.

3) Bentley Nevada 3500 Monitoring System

For troubleshooting of Bentley Nevada 3500 Monitoring System Training was taken from GE
to resolve the monitoring system issues.

4) Boiler Operation & Maintenance

Participate in training program from Corporate Management Collage International to
learn the new techniques for safe and cast effectiveness operation and maintenance of
boilers and its Auxiliaries.

5) Operation of Water Treatment Plant (Revers Osmoses)

Operation training of RO carried out from Nalco water treatment services to run the plant smoothly.

6) Safety, 5S and First Aid

Handsome training against personal safety as well as plant safety, 5S stander and KIZEN implements
to batter improvement in O&M. We followed SHE standards and try to serve best parallels with these
standards.

7) Zero Injury
Online Zero Injury training carried out to minimize the accident during operation and
maintenance.

8) Firefighting
Many trainings regarding firefighting were attended in classroom and on site with
professional firefighter.
 9) Basic Life Support
Community Basic Life Support Orientation Course was carried out from Punjab Emergency
