8.1 General
Prosoil Lanoratory has planned to assign the laboratory management, testing and reporting
tasks to its experienced team of Engineers, CAD Operators and Technicians.

8.2 Organogram for Laboratory Testing

In laboratory organogram, there are one engineer in-charge and one advisor for executing the
entire tasks to be carried out in the laboratory. Further, the entire volume of work will be
splitted among four sub teams: Physical Test Team, Chemical Test team, Mechanical Test
Team-1 and Mechanical Test Team-2.
The laboratory and the reporting organograms are given in Figure 8.1 and Figure 8.2,
respectively.
