Fire Safety Seminar and Drill

1. In connection with the observance of the Fire Prevention Month 2023 “Sa Pag-iwas
sa Sunog, Hindi Ka Nag-iisa”, and as part of the activities of our school’s Project
SHIELD (Strengthening Holistic Intelligence on Emergency management, Lessening
impacts and risks of Disasters), Timoteo A. Reyes, Sr. Memorial Elementary School
will conduct a Fire Safety Seminar and Drill in partnership with the Bureau of Fire
Protection (BFP) – Morong Fire Station on March 24, 2023 1:00PM at Pag-asa
Covered Court.

2. This activity aims to:

a. increase awareness of learners on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management

(DRRM)
b. advocate and promote the importance of fire safety and prevention
c. enhance the knowledge and skills of teachers on fire prevention and control

3. Participants of this activity are all intermediate pupils and teachers of this school.

4. List of Executive and Technical Committees and the Training Matrix are attached
herewith.

5. Immediate dissemination of the compliance of this Memorandum is earnestly

desired.
