EXECUTIVE MAYOR SIVUYILE NGODWANA ANNOUNCES THE PEOPLES

MAYORAL COMMITTEE

The Executive Mayor of the City of Ekurhuleni, Cllr Sivuyile Ngodwana has announced his ten-
member Mayoral Committee. The composition of the Mayoral Committee includes seasoned
community activists who are committed to service delivery excellence and good governance.
The appointment of the Mayoral Committee will mark a turning point in the City of Ekurhuleni,
towards restoring the dignity of the residents of the Metro.

The Members of the Mayoral Committee are as follows:

1. MMC for Finance: EPMO, Information and Communication Technology and Service
Delivery Coordination - Cllr Nkululeko Dunga
2. MMC for Water, Sanitation and Energy – Cllr Leshaka Manamela
3. MMC for Transport Planning, Roads and Stormwater – Cllr Andile Mgwevu
4. MMC for Community Services: Health, Social Development and SHRAC – Cllr Bridget
Thusi
5. MMC for Infrastructure Services: Real Estate – Cllr Kgopelo Hollo
6. MMC for Community Safety: EMPD and DEMS: Cllr Sizakele Masuku
7. MMC for Corporate and Shared Services: Human Resources, Communications and Brand
Management, Strategy, Risk, Legal and Internal Audit – Cllr Nkosindiphile Xhakaza
8. MMC for Human Settlement – Cllr Masele Madihlaba
9. MMC for City Planning and Economic Development – Cllr Nomadlozi Nkosi
10. MMC for Environment and Waste Management Services – Cllr Eunice Matloga

Executive Mayor Ngodwana wishes the members of the Mayoral Committee all the best on their
mammoth task of delivering services to the impoverished masses of the City of Ekurhuleni.
