ANVESH OF 2023

Every year, V.E.S. Polytechnic organizes their annual fest named Anvesh. Due to COVID,
last year's Anvesh was organized in Forum Hall, but this year's grand event, Anvesh '23, was
organized in a quadrangle. Anvesh '23 was a two-day event with the theme "Euphoria," and
the team organized 16 events for the students. It was held on the 14th (Tuesday) and 15th
(Wednesday) of February.

The event began with an acknowledgement of the importance of seeking blessings from the
Almighty before beginning the annual day. The dignitaries then lit a candle and performed
the Saraswati Vandana. The dignitaries for the event included Managing Trustee Shri. Vishu
Lala Sir, Principal of the college Mr. Vikrant Joshi, I/C HOD of EJ Mrs. Deena Shah, I/C
HOD of AO/IS Mrs. Bindu Ramesh, along with Mrs. Vidya Lunge and Mrs. Deepa Gupte.

The guests were then ushered to the seating area, where they were welcomed with the
traditional Lazim dance. Mr. Sanket Mhatre was called on stage for felicitation, and speeches
were given by Santosh Sir, Neelima Ma'am, and the guests. Certificates and momentos were
distributed to academic toppers, while shilp and NSS certificates were distributed, and the
inauguration schedule was handed over to Santosh Sir. The dance was followed by a talk
show with Mr. Sanket Mhatre.

Later, the chief guest left the event, and an orchestra took over the stage. At the same time,
classroom events started with great enthusiasm. The talent hunt began, with fifteen people
evaluated, and the finalists were red-carpeted. Day one ended with the announcement that the
finalists would perform on day two for Mr. and Ms. VESP.

On day two, we had three chief guests with us: Disha Desai, Shivani Sable, and Ambaji
Bodekar, gracing the classroom and other events with their performances. The inauguration
dance and song captivated the audience with its mesmerizing moves. The inauguration song
was beautifully sung by Mrunmayee, Ayushi Wani, Shraddha Kharatmol, Shravani Yadav,
Soumil Chavan, Shashvat, and Atharva Kharangate. Our chief guest, Disha Desai, performed
a memorable dance, followed by the Mr. and Mrs. VESP event in the afternoon.

The day was followed by photography sessions with the core team, choreography team,
decoration team, security team, and event heads. All the event winners were announced, and
the winners were given their respective prizes and trophies.
