Dear Sir,

With respect to the subject matter cited above, We are Submitting Compliance of Above
Mentioned Ref. 1, Since 02-07-2022 there has no rainfall till 04-07-2022 and again rainfall on 05-
07-2022 But intermittent rainfall like this, It is fact that we can’t Execute any Construction work
sooner after rain because of extra moisture on Previous Executed layers (Subgrade, GSB, WMM).
It can be Clearly Find extra Moisture after Rain during Field tests, Also Water Accumulation after
rainfall is the big issue At the plant So On that Condition Work is Stopped. (Photos are Attached)

Further, Our Nearby Meteorological Department is in Tezpur and Nagaon which is too far
from our site area, So If we Furnish You Rainfall data From Meteorological Department there are
Possibilities that Both Rainfall data which are provided by us and From Meteorological
Department will not match.

 Further, We want to tell you we are trying to execute Earthen Shoulder and Kerb with
channel works continuously whenever possible. (Photos are Attached)

enclosed for your ready reference.
