• Tell me about yourself ?

Hello, Sir, my name is Utkarsh Mishra. I am 20 years old. I was born in a small village in
Uttar Pradesh.

I have done my schooling at Guru Nanak English High School. and I currently pursuing a
bachelor's degree in information technology from Thakur College of Science and
Commerce.

My main core skills, which I learned is Data Science and Some of my interests include
fitness, swimming, and cooking.

• Why we should Hire you?

As I mentioned, I groomed myself as a data scientist and also learned some of the latest
technology and done some real time projects in data science. Also, I am good at
programming and statistics. Along with technical skills, I also have good communication
skills and am eager to learn the latest technology easy to adapt to a new environment.

• How you can contribute in my company or in team?

I can contribute my ability to build a strong business model and make business decisions.
For example, I can develop a new machine learning model that can add new features to
your product, and I can also make a dashboard with your row data that helps you improve
future decision accuracy and reduce the number of wrong decisions. I'd love to apply not
only this model, but also my general organisational skills to this position at your
company.

• What after BSc IT?

Honestly, I wanted I start my career after graduation because I believed in getting skills
and real time experience instead of adding degrees in your hand. I am not against the
degree, which I generally believe is my point, because the degree never teaches failures or
challenges.

• Where do you see yourself after 5 years?

As a person, I want to be a more skilled, more capable person.

As a professional, I see myself as handling more responsibilities.

• What are your future plans?

My short-term goal is to secure a challenging and rewarding position in a dynamic

organisation where I can utilise my skills and knowledge to make a meaningful
contribution.

In the long-term, I hope to advance my career and become a leader in my field. I am always
looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and I believe that with hard work and
dedication, I can achieve my career goals.
 • What are your Salary expectations?

As a newcomer, I am expected to contribute the amount already set aside for this position.
My priority is to get a job and learn more about it, where my salary will depend on my
output as we go on. Sir, as a new employee, I expect to be paid in accordance with the
company's policies. I need 40k per month.

I am focused, too detail-oriented, and known for taking initiative.

I'm too sensitive to put up with my job.
