List down the concerns of your target market that you want your product/service offering to
address.
Explain how can the new or improved features of your product/service offering can address these
concerns.

Answer:
The market research methodologies that are used in this study are Data Mining, we
browse and search the internet for information related to the struggle of individuals, how
efficient the website is and so much more.

Our target market concerns are the following:


1. Senior High school students struggle to find for Schools, universities, or vocational
schools.
2. Working professionals struggle to find a way to enhance their skills or switch careers.
3. Parents struggling to look for schools or courses for their children.
4. International students struggle to find for schools or courses in Naga City.
5. Individuals struggling to find and pursue an interested and lifelong learning opportunities.

The concerns of having a problem or struggling to find will be addressed if our customers use
our products, the WebCSChool, which is a website containing different information about
schools and courses in Naga City. They will get information that will undoubtedly help them
whether in deciding on a suitable course or searching for a much better school. As for struggling
working professionals, they may use our websites' extensive course and school information to
assist them decide which talents and careers they wish to develop or leave behind.
