Local Climate Conditions

01
Effects of Climate Conditions on the Building

Extreme climate conditions are more intense and can cause more diseases and fatalities,
particularly among susceptible individuals, and the destruction of various necessities from
the community. Long-term problems in climate conditions may harm several sectors of
civilization, either direct or indirect. Severe climate changes pose a hazard to society as well.
This perspective encompasses the various problems encountered through the aspect of
climate conditions in iTower 2.0 located at P. Campa Street, Metro Manila. Consequently,
here are the problems encountered by the said condominium in the workplace:
Problems Encountered
01 Comfortability 03 Frequent Flooding

Individuals living in tropical areas are often more

satisfied at greater environmental temperatures than
the comfort level indicates. This component is one of
the problems encountered since the structure has
small spaces needed for the users, especially the
aspect of thermal comfort from the tower.
