Subject - Notice to vacate the rental premises

Respected Sir,
Under the instructions from and on behalf of my client Mr. Amit Kumar, residing at 312, Drum
Road, Byramji Town, Nagpur (hereinafter referred to as ‘my client’), I serve you with the
following notice:
1. That the commercial property situated at 44, Amber Lane, Dharampeth, Nagpur in owned
by my client.
2. That the property was rented to you, at the agreed monthly rent of Rs.25000/- per month.
3. I hereby give you notice that you are to vacate the said property of which you are now in
possession as a monthly tenant under my client immediately on the expiry of the last day
of the month of May 2023.
4. On and from the first of June 2023 the tenancy shall terminate and all relationship of
landlord and tenant between my client and you shall absolutely cease.
5. You are requested to deliver vacant possession of the said property unto my client on that
date as stated above.
6. In case of your failure to vacate the property as desired, you will be considered a
trespasser and evicted in due course of law, and you will have to pay damages at the rate
of Rs.3000/- per day until you are evicted.
