Walkthrough of Seller Central


The first thing you need to do to sell on Amazon is to sign up
for an account
▶ Go to SellerCentral.Amazon.com to get started today

There are two different types of accounts that you


can sign up for:

Individual Account
• No monthly fees
• Amazon simply charges you a fee and commission for every sale
you make

Professional Account
• Costs $40/month in addition to a commission for everything you sale
• You can start with this account as it provides you all of the tools we talk
about in Freedom Ticket or upgrade to it after you start feeling more
comfortable with Amazon selling

Note: After zero activity on your pro-account for three months,


Amazon will stop charging you the pro-fee until you upgrade back
to professional

• Performance tab- View your defect rates, understand rules you’ve

• Amazon Rates- Listing rates and ways to improve said ratings

• Inventory manager- Specialized software that can be used to keep


track of your inventory levels, deliveries, sales, and orders originating
from your Amazon sales channels

• Account Health- Page that provides an overview of your selling


account’s adherence to the performance targets and policies required to
sell on Amazon

• Manage FBA Inventory- Report that provides listing, condition,


disposition, and quantity information to help with day-to-day inventory
management tasks
