1. GANG FORMS
Design Guidelines
1) Rebars must be aligned and concrete spacers must be fixed before closing the forms.
2) Plywood must be of good quality. Thickness must be at least 18mm.
3) Aluminum Beams must be spaced properly. Use a maximum spacing of 300mm.
A ≤ 300mm
B ≤ 600mm
C ≤ 900mm
D ≤ 1000mm
4) Steel Walers to be spaced according to designer’s specifications.
5) Aluminum Beams and Walers must be connected at all intersections using Aluminum Clips
2pcs per intersection.
6) Columns with width/length of 1 meter or greater must have tie rod passing through its face.

Design Guidelines
7) All Tie Rods must be tightened properly. – Tie Rods at the corner and Tie Rods passing through
the Column.
8) Fix Turnbuckle to Column Waler and to ground. (At least 1 set (long and short) per side)
9) Ensure tightness of forms. (Bolts, clamps, tie rods.)
10) Platforms/Scaffoldings must be present during concrete pouring.

4) Steel Walers to be spaced according to designer’s specifications

Design Guidelines

6) Aluminum Beams and Walers must be connected at all intersections using Aluminum Clips
2pcs per intersection.
7) Tie Rods passing through the Wall must be spaced at 1.00m to 1.20m.
8) All Tie Rods must be tightened properly. – Tie Rods at the corner and Tie Rods passing through
the Column.
9) Fix Turnbuckle to Column Waler and to ground. (At least 1 set (long and short) per side)
10) Ensure tightness of forms. (Bolts, clamps, tie rods.)
11) Platforms/Scaffoldings must be present during concrete pouring.

Design Guidelines
1) Rebars must be aligned and concrete spacers must be fixed before closing the forms
2) Typical arrangement for storey height of 3.00 up to 3.60 m
3) When recovering the lower climbing shoe during the climbing sequence, the
installed climbing rail extension must have reached the leading climbing shoe
4) For storey heights > 4.00 m, the finishing platform has to be suspended with
additional cClimbing Rail extensions
5) Distance of between Climbing Shoes where Climbing Device located: h= • 2.00 m
6) Anchor spacing = 40 cm
7) climbing rail Starter height min. = 3.60 m
8) The distance between the lowest decking and the building can be up to a maximum
of 5 cm.
