Incumbent Position Title Supervisor’s Position Title
Electrical Engineering Manager manages or performs work related to integrating construction project
conceptual, functional, and electrical engineering design. Conduct electrical technical and economic
feasibility studies. Organize and coordinate solutions for the electrical technical problems encountered
in the professional design. Work with the contract budgeting department to draft and sign planning
and design contract. Supervise and guide the implementation of planning and design contract work.
Lead and take charge of technical and commercial support of electrical system for bidding process
both pre-contract phase and post contract phase. Lead and take charge of development,
implementation and enforcement of electrical engineering design processes/ workflows and
standards. Manage and growth electrical engineering team.
Manage electrical engineering competence and state-of-the-art expertise by recruiting the right
competent engineers and develop team members by providing training, coaching, supporting,
counseling, and disciplining engineers
Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts for electrical system and project and ensures on-time
tender submission by collaborating with other leaders to estimate competitive cost and solve
problems quickly
Ensures all electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with
organization's established policies and objectives.
Supervise and lead engineers who design, plan and develop electrical system in project basis
and ensure completes electrical projects by supporting and conducting design reviews per
established project plans, determining and resolving open action items, constraints to closure,

and project risk elements
Enforce proper configuration control and document release processes as well as keep detailed
records of all pending and completed work orders, maintaining these files in an
organizationally implemented record-keeping system
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing
standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations. Establishes technical
standards in reviews, documentations, and designs
Guides and coach the electrical engineers to write planning and design outline and
commitments; track design work, collect and report technical problems in the process of
design; review and provide advice on design drawings of each stage
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
LEED accreditation preferred
Working Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering design and project Management or
Construction Management within the industry
Special Requirements:
Willing to travel; domestic and/ or international
