Self Review

Strength

During this period, I believe that my skills and ability to work in a team have
been helpful because I have aimed to improve my performance in all aspects of my
job. I have demonstrated my understanding of networking technologies and used this
knowledge to troubleshoot network issues. That’s why I can handle monitoring the
site down more than before and solve the customer’s connection complaint problem
quickly.

Besides, I’m good at using excel sheets and can also be done work-related reports
are better. And, I reported the weekly site-down report and customer complaint
ticket report to my manager, I have deeply understood the various kind of network
issues and site-down root causes.

Additionally, I have effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams. Overall, I'm confident that I
have made a positive impact on the team and I'm continuously striving to improve my skills and
knowledge to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Weakness

I have faced many challenges over the past year but I have demonstrated my ability to overcome
adversity and achieve success.

I was faced with a lot of network outages and customer complaints. To be honest, I feel anxious at that
time. But, I have overcome the difficulties successfully due to the various kind of performance training
that we have to know which is provided by the related team, and the network knowledge that I
understood.
Therefore, I can troubleshoot the network issue very well and solve the customer complaint quickly.

Besides, with the help, encouragement, and support of my manager and my seniors, I could pass
through the difficulties and challenges that I thought I never could do.
In addition, I sometimes feel overwhelmed when having to make an important decision, so I ask others
for advice. This is the fact that I need to work on my ability to solve complex problems.

Peer Review

1. He has taken an active role in our team, working with confidence and expressing his ideas and
opinions. I always notice that he has consistently shown commitment and motivation ever since I
joined the company.

2. Besides, he has good technical skills and is always willing to share his knowledge with others.

3. He also has good communication skills and is able to effectively convey


information to both team members and cross-team. He makes people feel great when
being on a team with him.

Sometimes, even though he is not included in his duty time, he can be solved the
network issues which suddenly arise, by connecting with the cross-team assigned
engineers.
As far as I’m concerned, he could benefit from taking on additional
responsibilities and challenging himself more in his role.
In my opinion, he need to work on his ability to deal with his emotions and not let
them affect his working environment.

or they blame his team members.

He is a good leader and already proved it with his attitude at work. I think he
needs to learn about management and train to be a good manager.

Peer Review

As far as I know, he is friendly and open-minded and he makes a good relationship


with other team members.

He is always active on his job and on time, not missing any meetings, and actively
participating in all discussions. Besides, he makes people feel great when being on
a team with him.

He is good at troubleshooting the network and monitoring the site down, besides he
is effectively collaborated with cross-team.

He needs to improve networking knowledge to troubleshoot issues more effectively.

As I mentioned before , he has good communication with other team member.


practicing to improve his leadership skill will make him next level.

Although his communication with cross team is good, he also needs to improve his
language skill to send mail cross team for legal case with them.

Manager Review

I would like to share some thoughts with you on how we could build a better team.
I believe facilitating communication and collaboration among team members is critical to building
strong relationships and achieving success. Perhaps you can arrange regular team meetings, team
activities, and social events to facilitate this.
Finally, providing opportunities for professional development, recognizing and rewarding good work,
resolving conflicts and issues quickly, and creating a positive work environment also help build better
teams.

I would prioritize building trust and improving communication between team members. Because, trust
is the foundation of a successful team, and communication is key to building that trust. To do so, I'll
make ensure an open and safe environment for team members to share their thoughts, opinions, and
concerns. Actively listens, encourages constructive feedback, and encourages team members to work
together. I'll also create opportunities for team members to bond outside of work, such as team-building
activities and networking events.

I will encourage my team members to pursue their interests and passions and provide them with the
resources they need to improve their skills and knowledge. I'll also provide regular performance
feedback and encourage team members to reflect on their work and identify areas for improvement.
