Question 1 (25 points)

(a) Evaluate the volumetric charge density inside the sphere.
(b) Find the total charge inside the sphere.
(c) Calculate the total electric flux out from the sphere.

Question 2 (20 points)

A circular ring of radius o =0.05 m and centre at the origin lies in the xy plane and carries a linear
charge density L=0.1µC/m.

(a) Find the electric field at the point (0,0,0) m.


(b) What is the electric potential at the point (0,0, 0.3) m?.
