HIGH-END ERODING WITH

EXERON

Highest efficiency with maximum

precision and trend-setting
technology – this is what the EDM
series from exeron stands for, and
not only since today. exeron draws
on its experience in erosion
technology of over 40 years,
resulting in the development of
technologies that speak for
themselves in the world or eroding.
Whether small devices for
microerosion in areas such as
electronics or medical equipment
with an extremely small foot- print, or
extraordinarily powerful gantry
machines with a truly impressive
accessibility despite their size: every
EDM from
exeron is in a class of its own.
Comprehensively thought through
and automatable. For even more
efficiency and productivity in your
tool and mould making.
Made in Germany.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CONDITIONS

Resilient neutral conductor N required.

Connection to TN network only.

It is mandatory to adapt other supply networks (e.g. TT, IT networks, 3-phase networks without grounded, resilient neutral
point, etc.) via an isolating transformer.

For the mains connection, EN 60204 Part 1 point 6.3.3 “Protection through automatic disconnection of the supply” must be
observed. See also IEC 364-4-41 / VDE 0100-410.

Due to the EMC measures taken, the machine has leakage currents greater 10 mA.

Mains connection must be designed as a fixed connection. No flexible connection via a plug connection permitted.

Machine must not be connected to a network with residual current circuit breaker. For additional measures, see EN 50178 /
VDE 0160.
