New Student Entrance Testing Fee - $45 per student

Family Reservation Fee -$250 per family (non-refundable)
Families paying before April 15 will have this applied to their tuition.

Tuition discount --- To receive a 3% discount, payment in full must be made by July 1. Otherwise, 12
monthly payments may be made from June to May or 10 monthly payments from August to May.

All tuition and fees are processed through FACTS Tuition. FACTS will charge a one-time fee
of $45 for this service each year.

Before Care $3.00 per-child, per-hour, or any part of an hour, billed
at the end of each month, for the previous month
Before Care Flat Fee $500 per-family, per-year added to tuition payment
After Care $3.00 per-child, per-hour, or any part of an hour, billed
at the end of each month, for the previous month
After Care Flat Fee $600 per-family, per-year added to tuition
Private Music lessons $20 per lesson
Tutoring $10 per session
Lunch $2.00 - $4.50 per meal
Foreign Student ESL Fee $1,350
BBCS Late Fee 10% of outstanding balance remaining
Return Check Fee $25
Withdrawal Policy Withdrawal by the 15 th of the month ½ month tuition must be
paid. Withdrawal after the 15th the entire month must be paid.
Refunds are calculated on a 10-month payment plan. Advance
tuition is refunded, but the 3% discount will be subtracted first.

Potential Discounts Bible Baptist Church Membership – 15%; Alumni – 10%; Full-time
Pastoral Discount – 25%; Military Discount – 10%; FACTS Qualified
Financial Need Discount – 10%
