BAOBAB – SCHOOL FEES 2023

We would like to share important information with you regarding your child/children’s school fees for 2023.

As we approach the conclusion of the 2022 academic year, we are encouraged by the performance and
success of our learners as well as the support that you, as their parents and guardians, have shown both
them and our school.

When determining our fees for 2023, we have kept the current economic climate front of mind because of the
financial pressure this climate creates. It remains important that Baobab does not compromise on the quality
of education that our families have come to know and expect from us.

As always, we extend our appreciation to the families who meet their financial obligations every month.

PAYMENT
Fees for 12 months are payable termly in advance before the first day of each school term or annually in advance by
31 January 2023, by means of an electronic funds transfer or cash deposit at the bank.
• Annual payments will save 5% on the annual tuition fee (if paid by 31 January 2023).
• All fees must be paid before the term starts.
• New parents should request a payment plan form from the office. This is only effective after you have paid the
registration and enrolment fees.
• Learners whose fees are not paid in full by the first day of term, shall not be permitted in class.
• A penalty fee of P200 is charged per family for the late payment of fees (i.e., fees paid on the first day of term or
after school opens for the term). This includes late payments made directly into the school account.

Withdrawal/Transfer
• A term’s notice must be handed, in writing, to the school admin office.
• Those parents who do not give a term’s notice will be liable to pay a full term’s fees.
• Parents withdrawing their children from the school at short notice will not be refunded any school fees, if they have
already been paid.
• When half or more of the fees have not been paid by the end of the term, it will be deemed that learners shall no
longer be returning to the school.
