PARTIES

This SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), herein states and effectively is entered by and
between Recapture Madness,  found at recapturemadness.com  (“Website ”), and
Consumer(s), an adult 18 years of age or older(“Subscriber(s)”).
 
WHEREAS, the Website is a private and exclusive website with adult content, in which to
Recapture Madness' knowledge, anyone who browses, subscribes and/or purchases any of its
subscription plans and/or alternative products/services (“Amenities”) upon creation of an
account and registering to a recurring payment subscription is of legal age.
 
WHEREAS, the Subscriber(s) is a consumer,
 
In full understanding and agreement, the Website and Subscriber(s), agree to the following:

NATURE OF AGREEMENT

● This Agreement governs the Subscriber(s) access and use of Amenities, the Website's
provision of services and coverage of subscription (“Subscription”).
● The terms of this Agreement shall begin immediately on the date of subscription enrollment
and/or purchase of limited use alternative services and shall permit recurring charges
monthly unless terminated through Website's Subscription Cancelation by the Subscriber(s)..

CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT

● A non-refundable initiation fee in the amount associated and posted on Website for
Subscription Plan and/or alternative services purchased related to this Agreement.
● The Subscriber(s) shall pay a monthly subscription fee equal to the plan Subscriber(s) agreed
to recurring until Subscription is canceled, payable through ACH payments from Subscriber(s)
account.
● Failure to pay subscription fees will result in termination of Subscription and access denied
on Website usage.

COVENANTS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES

● The Subscriber(s) warrants to adhere to the Website guidelines, rules, and regulations, as
they may be revised at the Website's sole discretion from time to time.
● The Website warrants  that they are sole owners and operators of Website and all services
are for limited use, and that the Websites Model is of legal age and fully aware of content
use through Website.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

● Any Subscriber(s) privileges granted through this Agreement may be canceled or amended at
any time with prior notification to the Subscriber(s).
● No portion of this Agreement may be transferred or sold to any third party. VIOLATION OF
THIS WILL RESULT TOWARDS LEGAL ACTION.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms will be under the laws of and subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.
