 A written letter by Vinod Sharma ( Adv) purportedly sent so as to
reach the intended recipient only when the legal proceedings
commenced on 01-10-2018(for the day) so as to secure discharge
for escaping legal repercussion by shrouding himself with blanket
immunity as per the rules of bar .Mail Received via RD014278528IN
DT.29-09-2018 b/w : 3 to 4 PM.
SUBJECT : PART - I

1. Information about the illegally instituted act of filing of CS (OS) : 609676/2016 which was prepared
and filed w.r.t sale of house no . 28 , Road No . 45 , Punjabi Bagh , Delhi -26 by Vinod Sharma (Adv)
and his predecessor from and on the behalf of the other brothers/ sisters of my father through false & fabricated
evidences prepared by him and his predecessor in connivance with Plaintiff No. 1+3+4+5+D.1+D.2+D.3 and it is
related to the illegal sale of the above mentioned immovable property by the defacto propitious ( Sh. Prabhu Dyal ) after
the expiry of the natural guardian / original karta ( Sh. K.D.Bhateja ) by bringing one Pushpa into picture
by plaintiff- respondents to create multifariousness at both and continuing act of abuse of the process of
the court by them at both tees hazari district court & at Delhi High Court and attempts to pass off this act of fraud
in the name of a settlement [ certificate no. IN- DL72619285256963R ] COPY ENCLOSED.

2 Intimation to your good office letting you know the author revived P.2 whom suffered Widow-
Maker Disease on the account of having suffered the anomaly resultant to being struck up in a
multifarious civil suit no. in CS(OS) : 609676/2016 ; CNR :DLCT01-000002-1991 and many
other suits being instituted from his own brothers-sisters by illegally appointing different AOR
and by exploiting the circumstances caused by the transfer of court judges and by adoption of
proscribed legal practices about which the principal client and the author's father and
the author were completely unaware about the same and their AOR took no objection as
the said Ld Cousel [ M.G.Dhingra and Geeta Dhingra ] were already colluding with the AOR of
OP for the reasons of achieving their own unjust financial renumeration in the name of doing
their professional tasks.

Whereas it is well known to one and all that no-one has any power to control
being born or to become extinct from the face of the mother earth . Had it been so, there is one
certainly that I would have done , seeing my father & mother being struck up and facing litigation for
over 28 yrs , just for the reason of one's vice become one's own nemesis. I am hereby informing you to
exercise your powers so as to order for multifarious civil suit no. in CS(OS) : 609676/2016 ; CNR
:DLCT01-000002-1991 be taken up and be put to the test along-with RFA 198/2019 as the former
one is a multifarious civil suit which is nothing more than a premeditated act of criminal conspiracy in
conjugation with following individuals / their legal associates and other accomplices namely

SUBJECT PART-II: Intimation regarding deliberate and willful act of omission and commission
of violation of the code / law under Indian Advocate Act 1961 and many other such as

The Delhi Lands ( Restriction on transfer ) of property Act 1972 & other offenses such

1. Forgery ,

2. Cheating

3. Forgery for the purpose of cheating

4. Impersonation

5. Criminal breach of trust

6. Misappropriation of the property of the deceased.

9. Using the forged will for getting the property of deceased in one's own name in

10. Giving bribe in order to get false testimony intending using that in order to defraud
third person rights and entitlement.

Alas in this era of utilitarianism , it is too common for an evil that no one
even cares about thinking twice before prostituting a noble profession for lowly
gains.

It is highly regretted that despite our best efforts & having undertaken
abundant measures and having exercised full diligence to the extent of even
incurring financial encumbersment from our own pocket by the appointment of
legal practitioner ( Vinod Sharma Adv) for undertaking all the necessary legal
proceedings in this regard , we have failed in our effort for preventing an act of
offense.

Henceforth we have been constrained to divulge the information by

ourselves as we came know about it having studied the law books ourselves.

As we believe that “ Honesty is the best policy ” , henceforth the

undersigned are undertaking this motion by ourselves for earnestly requesting
you to do the needful in this regard.

I earnestly request your good office be kind enough to allow for an

official one to one appointment , as it is highly revolting and hurts me seeing
that in our country where the majority people doesn't even have adequate
financial resources to undertake even a tomography when faced with CHF , the
exchequer's resources getting wasted while attending to multifarious causes of
action as one multifarious civil suit no. in CS(OS) : 609676/2016 ; CNR
:DLCT01-000002-1991 which I am witnessing at present AT Tees-Hazari Dist Courts
since year 1991 - till the present day and date , besides RFA : 198/2019 AT DHC & many more
multifarious causes of action which resulted from the illegal and unauthorized acts of
omission and commission by the other plaintiff-respondents , their successors & AOR
including M.G.Dhingra & Geeta Dhingra which has caused the deponent and his parents
to undergo huge physiological , psychological , financial distress and truma to the extent
of having suffered occurrences of 100% LMCAS / CHF /WIDOW MAKER DISEASE .
