Introduction
Ice cream is a perennial favorite for both children and adults in the
Philippines. Here in the Philippines, you'll find numerous variations on the
traditional ice cream delight. Yes, Filipinos can generate a myriad of
possible twists on ordinary cuisine using their ingenuity. Ice creams are a
tasty, international treat for young and old when the temperatures rise and
the summer heat sears. And, because the summer weather is quite warm or
even scorching, our food and recreation choices must neutralize the heat.
Sorbet Corvet provides customers with a product that brings them
happiness. According to the International Journal of Gastronomy and Food
Science, Ice cream stimulates thrombopoietin, a happy hormone that helps
reduce stress. Ice cream contains L-tryptophane, a natural sedative that
helps relax the nervous system. It also prevents insomnia. Ice cream not
only relieves tension but also increases happiness hormones in the body,
improving mental wellness. It is a great source of nourishment and energy
and is high in carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, all of which our bodies
require for energy.
Store-bought ice creams feature a high concentration of artificial
flavorings and chemical ingredients that contribute to the flavor's

enhancement. Ice cream is a refreshing and sweet treat. However, it contains
a lot of sugar and calories and may contain chemicals and artificial
components. Although ice cream's nutritional value varies by brand and
flavor, most ice cream is high in sugar and lacking in nutrition.
Ice cream gives us joy and happiness even though sometimes it may give
us peril to our health. Some artificial ingredients and preservatives of
store-bought ice creams have been associated with negative health effects.
On the other hand, sorbet corvet provides a product that everyone will enjoy,
but does not jeopardize everyone's health and has the nutrients that our
body requires. A product that everyone will love and enjoy for its flavor
which is healthier and more delicious than any other ice cream.
Sapindatrus ice cream can prove to be extremely beneficial. People
nowadays strive to be healthy, yet they tend to eat unhealthy foods or
desserts. In most cases, premium ice cream which is processed to be richer
and creamier than regular ice cream is higher in sugar, fat, and calories.
Our ice cream will be beneficial in this case because it is made of natural
fruits. Our ice cream contains one exotic looking and is native to tropical
Southeast Asia fruit named Rambutan, which makes our product nutritionally
superior to other traditional ice creams. For an exciting twist, we added

lime juice and its skin zest for a gist that compliments the rambutan flavor.
It's a flavorful ice cream that people would enjoy because it's not overly
sweet but still delicious. Our product is a low sugar ice cream, that's why
the hint of the sour flavor of lime takes place for it to be tastier,
healthier, and nutritious. We came up with this concept since it offers a
unique blend that people would enjoy. We believe our product is revolutionary
or innovative because of the fruit used and the combination of its flavor-
the sweet flavor of Rambutan matched with citrus fruit – lime, which one
can’t imagine would click.
Lime juice contains magnesium and potassium, which are good for the
heart, as well as vitamin C and antioxidants. Rambutans are high in
antioxidants and vitamin C. Antioxidants help fight free radicals, which are
waste products that can harm cells. Apart from its assets, it is reasonably
priced, allowing clients to enjoy it. This product demonstrates that we can
maintain a healthy lifestyle while enjoying some of our favorite desserts,
such as ice cream.

The business name “Sorbet Corvet” came from a combination of the two
words, sorbet and corvet. Sorbet is derived from the word “sorbetes” which
is a popular Filipino ice cream. It is a traditional ice cream originating
in the Philippines frequently referred to as dirty ice cream, thus, the name
sorbet. Corvet, on the other hand, is inspired by the famous dance sound in
TikTok “corvette corvette”, the title includes trending dances and fun
challenges. One video with that sound goes viral, and soon, other users start
putting their spin and dance steps on it. Combining sorbet and corvet
established an excellent rhyme that can be catchy to the customers.
The proposed product is way different from other products that people
usually buy in the market. It is revolutionary or innovative because it
contains fresh fruit that is uncommon–rambutan – and it is matched with a
citrus fruit – lime. It offers a unique blend that people would enjoy. This
ice cream is tastier, healthier, and more nutritious. It features real fruit,
not artificial or processed flavor, making it a healthier alternative to
traditional ice cream. The business ought to provide satisfaction to the
consumers and not jeopardize their health.

We began with a little investment of 682 pesos and sold our product till we
reached our target income. As we continue to grow, our capital and income

It is also critical to examine the business's strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats since this will increase the firm's viability
while also identifying dangers that may arise throughout the operation.

strong reputation among customers in Tuguegarao City.
Residents in the Tuguegarao city area were surveyed by the
entrepreneurs. The result shows that the majority of respondents spend their
money on nutritious foods, while some spend it on freshly innovative
delicacies. Respondents chose ice cream for dessert and longan and rambutan
for fruits in the survey. The majority of them want to add fruits over ice
cream, but they are unsure about the quality and flavor.
Entrepreneurs conducted a free taste test with their family and friends
for the initial try on innovating the product to gather their feedback. We
used Rambutan ice cream for the dry run. Nine out of ten respondents suggested
that we should improve the quality and taste, while the rest suggested that
we should choose fruits that are in season. Also, Entrepreneurship teachers
suggested that we should use fruits that blend with ice cream and should be
consistent with the taste.
The entrepreneurs developed a product that will meet and fulfill our
customers' desires. Our business provides Ice Cream, which is both tasty and
affordable. We use various fruits, depending on the season.

and a drop of red food coloring making the color pink. You may mix the ice
cream bottom to top to ensure all the ingredients are involved.

sprinkles.
