• Manage and lead MEP subcontractor throughout duration of the project (from
Certificates Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to the Client).
• Coordinate activities, material procurement and other related activities with project

• Responsible for 10 floors with the basements including all MEP services and
NEBOSH Award – HSW 0400264 coordinate with architect for final fix installations and to achieve the target as per the
project schedule.

• Prepare the estimated percentage of progress for all MEP activities one month ahead
and submit the actual percentage of the progress at the end of moth for financial
purposes.
• Responsible for subcontractors including VRV, medical gas, LPG and pneumatic
system for samples delivery cross the hospital.
• Conduct daily meetings with the site staff to organize work scope for the day/next day
to insure proper planning of site supervisory staff.
• • Manage all related material/shop drawing /technical issues and as built drawing
related to handing over all the activity to the consultant.
• Handing over all the works to the client representative and consultant.
